15 Most-Decorated WWE Wrestlers To Never Win A World Title
10. Owen Hart
Titles Held: 2 Intercontinental Championships, 1 European Championship, 4 World Tag Team Championships Total Title Days: 671 Had the tragic accident that took his life never occurred, theres a good chance that Owen Hart would either rank much higher on this list or not be on it at all because he would have won a world title. Owen was incredibly gifted in the ring and was entertaining outside of it. Although he often was booked a step or two below the main event, Owen easily could have been elevated and been believable competing at that level. Surprisingly, Owen Hart never held tag team gold with his brother Bret. He reached the mountaintop with three different men Yokozuna (twice), Davey Boy Smith and Jeff Jarrett with his last tag reign ending just two months before he died. Owens first Intercontinental Championship run ended in an inauspicious manner: Stone Cold Steve Austin injured his neck when Hart botched a piledriver, then weakly rolled up Owen to win the title. Its just a shame that Slammy Awards dont count for this list. Otherwise, Owen fans would be insisting that he top the charts.
