15 Most-Decorated WWE Wrestlers To Never Win A World Title
9. Cody Rhodes
Titles Held: 2 Intercontinental Championships, 3 WWE Tag Team Championships, 3 World Tag Team Championships Total Title Days: 739* (as of October 19) Dustys other son has also done quite well for himself in WWE. Cody Rhodes has amassed eight titles during his first seven years with the company and hes not even 30 yet. Its very possible that Rhodes (currently known as Stardust) will climb higher on this list, then come off it altogether once he wins a world title. Cody has been through a multitude of gimmicks a spunky rookie, part of Legacy, a dashing performer who gave grooming tips, a masked misanthrope, a mustachioed star, a redemptive son and now a painted freak. While he is excelling in his current role as a Frank Gorshin-inspired Stardust, Rhodes hasnt quite hit on the winning formula yet. Still, its reassuring to some extent that WWE keeps pushing him out there. The problem is that they seem to forget to continue pushing him and then lets him languish. Rhodes holds an interesting distinction: He is a back-to-back World Tag Team Champion with two different partners, having abandoned partner Bob Holly in a title match to be Ted DiBiases mystery partner.
