11. "You Can Have The Pie!"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=au1RmQXM5Wc The war of words between Chris Jericho and Stephanie McMahon made for one of the best rivalries in WWE during the early 2000s. It was also a unique one in that Jericho never wrestled Stephanie. Instead, the boss' daughter would recruit other Superstars to shut the loudmouth Canadian up. Triple H, Kurt Angle, Test, Albert, the Right to Censor...all of those men, and more, were sent to the ring to rip Jericho apart. They may have beaten him up, left him lying even, but he always manged to get back up and verbally insult Stephanie one more time. On the August 6, 2001 episode of Monday Night Raw, Stephanie made her way to the ring to address her brother Shane's ongoing feud with The Rock. She was interrupted by Jericho, Y2J insinuated that the Billion Dollar Princess was sexually promiscuous, something he had done plenty of times before. After joking that she had been with everyone from the boys in the back to the popcorn vendor in the fifteenth row, he said he brought her two inhabitants from the Planet of the Apes .With that, two apes from the Tim Burton film made their way to the ring, one with flowers for Stephanie and the other with a box. Moments later, Jericho removed a pie from the box and smashed it in Stephanie's face, leaving her with a mask of whipped cream. At a time when the Alliance was riding high following their victory over WWE at Invasion a few weeks earlier, Jericho got one over on his longtime rival, igniting the latest chapter in the feud. Shortly thereafter, the ECW owner would recruit Rhyno to do her dirty work and at SummerSlam, the Man Beast would take on Y2J in one of the more meaningful midcard bouts of the night. Jericho won the match, planted a big kiss on Stephanie and once again left her stomping to the back in anger.
