15 Great Wrestlers Who Had Very Brief WWE Careers

4. Willie Mack

If you watch Lucha Underground - and you really should - you will be aware of 'The Mack,' otherwise known as Willie Mack. He's the large, high-flying, agile, Stone-Cold-impersonating ass-kicker who has developed a cult following on the show.

By now, Mack has been around for 10 years and has competed for numerous promotions in North American like the NWA and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. His unorthodox and unique style attracted the attention of WWE in September 2014 and he reportedly signed a developmental deal.

But before he could even reach Orlando, Mack was released by the WWE. According to him the federation had done a massive u-turn and decided that they actually didn't want to employ him at all and sent him packing.

This short-sighted approach was a disappointing move by the WWE as they didn't even give the guy a chance to show what he could do. Hopefully ,someone in Connecticut is an avid Lucha Underground watcher and are now seeing what they could have been getting from 'The Chocolate Juggalo.'
