15 Huge WWE WrestleMania 38 Predictions You Need To Know

9. Pat McAfee Vs. Austin Theory

It's the unenviable task of Pat McAfee and Austin Theory to have match just about good enough to make you forget that once upon a time the part of Theory might have been played by Vince McMahon.

Their feud is so bizarre as a result, too. The story of the original match presumably had some sort of angle occurring during McMahon's unconventional interview with McAfee. Instead, the two had a cordial back-slapping chat that resulted in the Chairman gifting the SmackDown commentator a spot on the card. Theory taking the match riled up McAfee for reasons and the brawls have been passable, but this is mostly about two things and nothing else:

1) Pat McAfee living something he's said is his lifelong dream, and winning because that's what he does in most endeavours

2) Vince McMahon is going to get kicked in the f*cking head by a former NFL punter, everybody's going to lose their collective sh*t, and Theory's direction is dictated by the old psychopath's rate of recovery.

Hard to watch? Maybe. Impossible to turn away? Absolutely.

Winner - Pat McAfee
