Rumble He Drew '14': 2003 How Was He Cursed?: Eddie Guerrero's story has been told time and time and time again. If you're a wrestling fan, you know the entire story at this point. He dedicated his entire life to the wrestling business, performing all over the world and becoming one of the greatest wrestlers of all-time, all while spending a nice chunk of that time battling addiction and personal demons. He was finally able to defeat those demons, but the toll they took on his body finally caught up to him, and it cost him his life. Guerrero's in-ring career would escalate after being in the 2003 Rumble. He saw success in the tag team ranks, as well as seeing success as a singles wrestler, and a year later, he became the WWE Champion by beating Brock Lesnar at 2004's No Way Out pay-per-view. He was on top of the wrestling world, but it didn't last long. A total of 19 months after winning the WWE Title... 34 months after being the 14th entrant in the 2003 Royal Rumble... Eddie was dead. He was only 38 years old, and many would say he was actually in the prime of his wrestling life, still putting on some of the best performances in a storied career. It remains one of the sport's biggest tragedies, and he becomes the fourth name on this list to pass away at an early age after being in the cursed #14 spot. He won't be the last.
