4. Killroy Was Here

While most attention on Kevin Smith at the minute will inevitably focus on his reboot of Jay & Silent Bob, he's actually also still making weird horror movies following on from Tusk and Yoga Hosers. Back in 2016, he directed part of horror anthology movie Holidays and he's now making his own in the shape of Killroy Was Here, which was originally going to be about Krampus.

The movie is now about a monster called Killroy, which he describes as ”Golem, the Boogeyman and the Grim Reaper combined” and he released a press release revealing a bit more about it:

"This is a monster movie in the sense of a classic morality tale. No one wants to see you spill the blood of innocents, but when someone crosses the line and goes bad, you get to make them pay in horrible ways, and the audience cheers. Like The Twilight Zone, Killroy is full of ironic twists and grisly moments. We wanted to make an anthology film in the vein of Creepshow."

He's got new AEW signing Chris Jericho in there too for good measure as someone called The Gator Chaser, who definitely gets killed off.
