8. Eddie Guerrero’s Frog Splash Off A Cage

Stephanie McMahon didn't do her best aerials off the fist prop in 2003, but one Eddie Guerrero did show off his during a match vs. JBL on the 15 July 2004 SmackDown. It's a bump that has been shoved out of various highlight packages spotlighting the threat of steel cage matches ever since. Who knows why? 'Latino Heat' has been featured in other things.

His beef with JBL carried the blue side for a fair chunk of '04, but most point to their bloody brawls at shows like Judgment Day and The Great American Bash rather than this underrated TV gem. It was a pulsating watch before Eddie decided to fly through the air like he was actually Clark Kent and was late to the party as Superman.

Kurt Angle ran out to help Layfield win, so that was all the commentators spoke about afterwards. That's a shame, because Guerrero's set piece bump was daredevil magic and went off without a hitch. Yep, his ribcage would've been screaming (spare a thought for JBL too!), but the spot looked dazzling on camera and justified the heightening violence of the rivalry.

WWE tend to shine a torch on other dives. Jeff Hardy's falls get a lot of love, Shawn Michaels tumbling off a ladder at WrestleMania X has featured in a near world record number of video packages, and even Shane McMahon falling to his doom at SummerSlam 2000 has been shown loads.

Eddie's rib-smashing Frog Splash off the top of the cage in 2004 needs more love. Just saying.
