15 Most Notorious Company Men In WWE History

1. Kane

When it comes to doing what€™s best for business and following the boss€™s orders, there isn€™t a single person who has gained more notoriety for it than Kane. This is a man who was once one of the most intimidating Superstars in the entire company, someone that made everyone, including the main-eventers, tremble with fear. That aspect of Kane€™s career is sadly nothing more than a distant memory now; Corporate Kane is basically a 7-foot corporate stooge with a win/loss record similar to that of the Brooklyn Brawler. This new direction, which sees Kane acting like a company suck-up, demonstrates Kane€™s willingness to do things that might benefit the company, even if they come at an expense to his own career. Kane has a history of putting his own aspirations aside and helping WWE put the younger generation over. This is why Kane has rarely, if ever, been in the main event picture; he€™s much happier without the World Title, and more than willing to risk his character€™s reputation to help build the stars of tomorrow. As such, this is why he was willing to remove his mask in the first place, become a comedy gimmick as part of Team Hell No, why he became a corporate stooge, and why he loses way more than he wins. Sadly, the result of this €˜company first€™ mentality is that Kane is no longer a credible threat to anyone, especially since he has lost so many matches over the last year-and-a-half. While Kane might be going in a different direction now that he appears to be defying the Authority and Seth Rollins, one should still expect to see Kane doing things that benefit the company more than they bring him any individual prestige. After all, Kane is one of WWE€™s most loyal Superstars, and a company man through and through. Is there anyone else you think we've missed? Do you know of someone in WWE history who has been a notorious company person and loyalist who should've been on our list? Let us know in the comments section below.
