12. Vince Was Keen On King Kong Bundy To Beat The Undertaker At WM11
As we all know, Brock Lesnar is very much the one in 21-1, after he inflicted perhaps the most shocking defeat in the career of The Undertaker, and ending his legendary streak. However, back in 1995, that streak may not have even got off the ground, with Taker's fourth WrestleMania outing almost ending in a defeat to King Kong Bundy (yes, that's genuinely true). It was all down to Vince McMahon, who was really high on Bundy at the time, and was keen to see him get the job done at Mania. The story behind the match was so 1990s in every way, shape or form. Bundy - part of the Million Dollar Corporation - were attempting to steal Taker's urn, in the belief that it was where all his power came from *sigh*. In truth, the match was more about the urn than the wrestlers, largely due to Ted DiBiase calling in the reinforcements midway through the match. Thankfully though, the streak managed to live on beyond WrestleMania 11. Just imagine if it hadn't, given the path Taker's career went on after the mid-1990s.
