13. Aleister Black - Root Of All Evil
As the most contemporary theme on this list, ‘Root of all Evil could be seen as a leftfield entry if it wasn’t for the fact it is a phenomenal song.
This was one of the few modern WWE themes that was not created entirely by CFO$, instead recorded by hardcore punk band, Incendiary. Sadly, it was recently decommissioned.
The unrivaled attitude of this song complemented Aleister Black’s edgy, alternative and dark persona well. ‘Root of all Evil’ quickly became one of the standout themes on NXT and was even performed live by Code Orange and Incendiary for one of Aleister Black’s NXT TakeOver entrances.
Unfortunately, the same positive remarks can’t be extended to his new theme.
