Rosa Mendes has to be top of this list, having done absolutely nothing of worth in her ten years with WWE. Well, she did win the 2010 Slammy Award for Best Use Of Exercise Equipment, but that is quite literally it. Her status as a veteran of the Diva division is astonishing. She debuted in the 2005 Diva Search and clearly impressed the right people with her looks. They shipped her off to developmental for a while, but quickly realised she was absolutely useless in the ring. Nevertheless, they brought her back to the main roster in 2008, and she's been there ever since. Often she won't get screen time, and when she does, she's instantly forgettable. They've never booked her in anything of note. So why keep her around for a decade, why is she one of the longest tenured Divas on the roster? Only WWE know that, but it looks like a stint on Total Divas is going to keep her around for even longer.
