8. The "Custody Of Dominick" Ladder Match (2005)

Because a Ladder match between Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio apparently isn't a cool enough idea on its own, the WWE had the two fighting over the custody of Mysterio's son Dominick, who was actually the biological child of Eddie Guerrero that Eddie "gifted" to Mysterio and his wife due to their fertility problems many years ago.

Thankfully, Vince stopped short of having Dominick be on a pole or a forklift by the ring, and instead had the custody papers for him inside a briefcase to be retrieved with a ladder. If you forget about the stupid stipulation, this was actually an incredibly entertaining match (which ended with Mysterio winning thanks to some interference from Vickie Guerrero on his behalf), but at the same time, a bit embarrassing for both men involved, who deserved better.

Dominick actually entering the ring briefly to shake the ladder was wildly unnecessary, but even so, this was one of Eddie's last truly great matches.
