12. Cesaro Doesn't Have "It"

Wow, this segment of the interview was brutal! Austin singles out Cesaro as a great worker, but questions why Vince hasn't pushed him harder. McMahon explains that Cesaro doesn't quite have "it" and questions the performer's charisma. He wonders if it is because Cesaro is Swiss, saying that for whatever reason "he's not connecting yet." That's honest but damning for a guy who is currently working under you. Poor Cesaro, and all because Austin was trying to pay him a compliment!
