8. His Relationship With Vince McMahon
Chris asks Kevin if he talked to Vince after the match, and he says that when he got back to gorilla there were a lot of guys waiting on him to congratulate him, but he sought out the chairman to thank him and tell him he wouldn't regret putting the belt on him and that he'd make him proud. Vince simply responded "I'm sure you will" which is all Owens needed to hear.
Jericho asks about their relationship and Kevin feels like they have a good one, adding that he thinks he talks to him more than most guys do but only because he makes a point to go and speak to him if he has a question rather than letting his producer do it for him. He adds that Chris, Cena and Randy Orton have all told him to build that rapport with Vince, and Jericho says that Austin gave him that same advice when he first arrived in WWE.
KO says that everyone talks about how intimidating McMahon is but the reason he is so intimidating is merely because he's Vince McMahon. Once you sit down with him he's not intimidating at all and never tries to be, you just have to get past that initial trepidation. But Vince is just a regular guy who cracks jokes and is easy to talk to.
