15 Things You Might Have Missed From Last Night’s WWE SmackDown

1. AJ Having To Reinforce Nakamura’s Joke

It was funny when Shinsuke Nakamura teased AJ Styles by claiming they'd have a pillow fight at Money In The Bank for the WWE Title. The joke might have worked had fans heard what Shinsuke was saying properly. They didn't, and AJ had to step in to save the gag.

Watch the segment again to see fans giggling away at Styles making light of Nakamura's joke choice. That same laughter was missing when Shin said it, again proving that his limited English, mouth guard and delivery make it hard for him to be clear.

Styles seemed to call an audible and reinforce what Nakamura had said so fans in attendance would pick up on it. Otherwise, the same deathly silence that accompanied his "Last Man Standing" cry on the announce desk would have happened earlier.
