13. Don't Mention HBK's Hair

Obviously sick of the perpetual criticism of his hairline, of all things, Shawn Michaels snapped at one fan in front of hundreds of thousands of followers, questioning why anyone would be so obsessed with such a trivial matter. To be fair, the frustration was well-placed: it's heat that shouldn't exist in light of what HBK has done for professional wrestling, but it's also somewhat inevitable given the bias towards visuals. In other words, it's bound to happen. Unfortunately, his response "Another dude obsessed w/ my hair" also came with what was easily perceived to be a homophobic hashtag, which takes on an entirely different tone when you consider HBK's statement that being gay in WWE is "so '80s". Cue a tide of outrage and a hasty reach for the delete button. The Excuse/Apology HBK couldn't have looked more like his arm was being forced up his back to apologise. He deleted the offending tweet and apologised for offending "many", but then proceeded to retweet quote messages of support, somewhat taking away from the sentiment.
