15 Worst Undertaker WWE PPV Matches Of All Time

10. Vs. Kane - Buried Alive Match, Bragging Rights 2010

By the time 'Taker and Kane clashed in the autumn of 2010, their long-standing feud was about six years out-of-date. Did anyone want to see these two veterans have yet another series, after their programmes in 1998, 2000 and 2004? Was the star power really so lacking on Smackdown that WWE could present nothing better? The two men had three consecutive PPV matches in 2010. Their first, a No Holds Barred match at Night of Champions was bad but at least Kane's win provided a shocking moment. Their Hell in a Cell match, at one time a sort of dream match, was pitiful. Their Buried Alive match was quite possibly the worst of the year. The Buried Alive stip was as anachronistic as their feud and did nothing to help either man. 'Taker was really banged up at this point and shouldn't have been out there, even in a gimmick environment. The brawling was weak and the finish was another silly one: the Nexus got involved and helped bury The Undertaker (who sought no revenge upon his return). Was this really the same Undertaker who had one of the best matches of the year against Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XXVI? In name, maybe, but not in spirit.
