13. Scotty Riggs
Scott Riggs was a talented - if ultimately uninteresting - undercard babyface in WCW, holding the company's Tag Team Championship with Buff Bagwell. He would eventually turn heel, drop his first name, and joining Raven's flock, but when WCW started to flounder, he was released. Riggs found himself in ECW, competing under the name of Scott Anton and supporting real-life friend Rob Van Dam. This being wrestling, Anton quickly turned on RVD, adopted a persona that made repeated reference to gonorrhea, and was beaten by his former friend.
