12. Sasha Banks
If you're a Sasha Banks fan then this entry may be a head-scratcher for the simple reason that the woman has taken a backseat since the dawn of the Divas Revolution this past summer. She's been stuck in the mud as a member of Team B.A.D, used mostly to give other Divas someone to wrestle while building up their own rivalries. She gets the occasional win that leads nowhere, and it all feels like a bit of a slap in the face since Banks was basically the MVP of the Divas division for 2015. Constantly putting on incredible matches and stealing the show wherever she goes, Banks doesn't mess around. It's just a matter of time before Banks is either given a spot in a legitimate rivalry, or the fans are forced to give Banks the Daniel Bryan treatment and create a push for her themselves. It's usually annoying to hear an unrelated wrestler's name chanted during a match, but in this case it may need to happen to drive the nail home that "We Want Sasha". Even without taking it by force, the lack of names on the main roster right now means that, in order to avoid too much repetition, people like Banks will be afforded an opportunity at the gold eventually, and when she does get the chance to shine, WWE will realise what a huge star they have on their hands. With that in mind, this time next year we could be looking at Sasha Banks as the 2016 Diva of the Year. A championship reign is surely on the horizon for The Boss, and I'm sure it'll reflect in the ratings just how smart of a decision it was. Mark my words, Sasha Banks will be champion, and soon.
