What in the name of Brian Gewirtz was this about?

WWE cut to a random shot of Bianca Belair writing her own name on a whiteboard backstage. Big E, who was holding the board, was playing teacher and encouraging the SmackDown Women's Champion to keep trying until she got it right.

Is this an in-joke that no-one gets? Also, what's up with the way Belair writes the letter 'n'? It looks like she's writing "Biamca" there. It's anyone's guess what this was supposed to achieve, or why it even made air in the first place.
