16 Worst-To-Best Matches Of WWE's Summerslam Weekend

1. Bayley Defeated Sasha Banks

At present, Sasha Banks is the most confident and competent all-around performer in WWE. Her match with Bayley at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn was the stuff that dreams are made of, and if you listened closely enough definitely got the second loudest pop of the weekend save Brock Lesnar entering the Barclays Center prior to the SummerSlam main event. Bayley's a terrific babyface who really dug down deep and found the extra gear as a performer that she's sadly lacked in NXT to-date. The switch of the Banks Statement, the top-rope reverse rana and her impassioned selling of her hand injury were all top notch. As well, also note that in a Triple H booked product that had a show in New York City, there was a kayfabe breaking curtain call that occurred that saw zero talents get buried as a result. Just like the rest of the show (and the weekend too), WWE's slowly progressing in evolving as a company.
