It's always unusual to see a babyface tap out in WWE, particularly one rising up the card as successfully as Kalisto has in recent weeks. The (now former) US Champion submitted to Del Rio's Cross Armbreaker, bringing an end to a reign that only began on this week's edition of Raw. This finish was particularly strange because Kalisto had bravely escaped from an Armbreaker attempt earlier in the match, a spot which really succeeded in making him seem a resilient underdog champion. All that hard work was undone by this ending.
