12. Stevie Richards & The Blue Meanie
Another iconic ECW tag team (and sometimes trio, under the 'Blue World Order' moniker alongside Nova), Stevie Richards and the Blue Meanie could be found for much of their short WWF run in 1999 together in dark matches and the odd televised stint or skit on Heat, Jakked or Metal as an unofficial continuation of the infamous J.O.B. Squad. Nowhere near as memorable as their ECW pairing and without the genius of Paul Heyman, WWE would soon give up on Richards and Meanie, with the former going on to much more memorable success as the leader of the PTC inspired faction Right To Censor.
