The 35-time 24/7 Champion R-Truth has entertained the fans with his comic skills on the TV. He transformed the 24/7 title from just another belt to the most talked-about title in the company. Truth is even a 2-time United States Champion, who had his last reign as champion in 2019. He had defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to seize the mid-card championship of the blue brand. His first US title win had come in the year 2010 when he defeated The Miz to win the vacated title.

Although he has been a prominent mid-card wrestler in WWE, the first-ever African-American NWA World Heavyweight Champion has never made it to the top of the organisation.

The 48-year-old veteran has been there for comedy only in the last few years, and given that he has numbered days left in his career as a professional wrestler, it is unlikely that the wrestling community would ever see him holding the world championship in Vince McMahon's business.
