The 61-year-old wrestling veteran from Northern Ireland Dave Finlay was a part of WWE for many years, but the company released him recently. After retiring from in-ring wrestling, Finlay took up a backstage role in the organisation. His most recent notable TV appearance was when he allowed Becky Lynch to replace Lana in the women's Royal Rumble match of 2019. He was also one of the four men who presented Tyler Bate with the UK title.

Talking about his achievements as a pro wrestler, Finlay won the WCW World Television Championship while in WWE, he captured the US title once. His only reign as US Champion came in 2006 when he beat Bobby Lashley on a SmackDown episode to rise to the top of the mid-card. Although he had once defeated the then world champion, Rey Mysterio in a non-title match, Finlay could never win the premier title.

He tried his luck in the independent circuit for some time before rejoining Vince McMahon's team in 2012 for his most recent eight year run.
