18 Image Changes WWE Wrestlers Should Never Have Tried
8. A Penis At His Throat
Anyone whos read Brock Lesnars book Death Clutch will a) wonder why on earth his cash-in autobiography has a title like one of those straight-to-video Dolph Lundgren movies I was talking about, and b) will know the story behind that ridiculous tattoo on his chest. Around the time that hed left the WWE and failed to make an impression in the NFL, Lesnar was trapped between a rock and a hard place. The only way he could make money was to wrestle, but he refused to wrestle for the WWE, and according to the non-compete clause in his old contract with them, he couldnt wrestle anywhere else. Embroiled in endless litigation that was sapping what money he had left, Lesnar felt like he had a sword at his throat and one night, drunk and miserable, he had that sword tattooed there for all to see, as a symbol of how it felt to be held hostage. Stirring stuff. Here comes the paean to his strength of will, right? Of course, the ink is so colossally craptastic that the second it was unveiled to the world, fans began to giggle at how much the rounded tip made this ferocious testament to his undefeatable mindset look like a giant penis. Its not exactly subtle, is it?
