Harper's long-time tag team partner Rowan returned without his bearded brethren at the Royal Rumble for one simple reason: he'd been cleared, and Harper had not.

The Wrestler Formerly Known as Luke decided to the period of inactivity forced upon him when Rowan tore his bicep in August 2018 to get wrist surgery. He hasn't been cleared yet, but it won't be long.

Expected return: Whenever Daniel Bryan decides he needs another henchman.
