Foley inquires as to how early into his stint working in WWE did Shane realize he eventually wanted to step inside the ring as a competitor. He replies that when he was younger he did, but as he grew up he was more interested in being involved in the business aspect of things, talking about how much he admired his grandfather and his ability to pull Vince's strings.

McMahon tells a story about watching pool games between his father and grandfather and how heated they would become, which leads to he and Foley talking about how insanely competitive the entire McMahon family is.

Shane says he hates losing and it's important for him to be the best at everything he does. He talks about a time when Stephanie beat Vince in pool, and it drove him so crazy that she immediately retired and never played him again so he couldn't avenge the loss.
