10. Who Were His Teachers?

In regards to who he credits for teaching him the ins and outs of the business, he says he was fortunate enough to learn the psychology aspect of the business from all the masters of the trade. For ring work, the first time he ever stepped between the ropes it was with "Dr." Tom Prichard.

Shane says both Prichard and Al Snow were phenomenal teachers and taught him an immense amount about the in-ring portion of the business. Foley says that despite all the grief he gives Al he considers him to be a very underrated trainer. Shane agrees and calls him an underrated performer as well.

Mick wants to know if he thinks the guys went easy on him because he was Vince's son. He says definitely not and insists that they didn't. The trainers are tough because they have to endure a tremendous amount of punishment working in the ring with green rookies who have no idea what they're doing.

Shane also names Tommy Dreamer as a go-to staple training partner that he works with to help prepare for his matches.
