Otis tripped over Dolph Ziggler after tagging into the match. Hilariously, the reborn heel fell over the same arm that he'd slapped a half-second before. Dolph could be heard saying something to Chad Gable at ringside afterwards - presumably that Otis nearly stood on his head.

Somehow, this kind of messy approach works for the big man.
