2 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Rampage (July 28)

Ups...

2. Both Guys Maximised Their Time

AEW Rampage Komander Kip Sabian

Everyone deserves some positivity after all that moaning, eh?

Kip Sabian vs. Komander was a tidy little match. It could've done without the pic-in-pic ad break (nothing new there), but both men did well with the time they were handed. Komander winning is also fine, though it would be sweet to see more of Kip and Penelope Ford on AEW TV.

They've got something. Start/stop booking is hurting them though, and that's unlikely to change. It's a pity too, because Sabian can honestly work with just about anybody and get the best out of them. He's waaaaaay better than he's ever been allowed to show in this company since 2019.

Komander taking the 'W' is a tad surprising due to London coming up. This writer figured Tony Khan would toss Kip an olive branch and start wheels in motion to a mini-push in time for Wembley. On a personal note, it'd be really great to see him wrestle on that platform. Dude deserves it!
