2 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Rampage (March 8 - Results & Review)

2. Julia Hart Deserves Better

Julia Hart has real potential to become one of AEW's home-grown success stories. She's improving all the time in-ring (much like Anna Jay), and could become the face of the women's division for years to come. To get her there, Tony Khan will need to show more faith in Hart than he showed on Friday.

She worked a puzzling and all too brief 'House Rules' match vs. Robyn Renegade. The gimmick going in was that neither woman could hit moves off the top rope, which was a weird choice. Neither is particularly known for doing their best Dante Martin impressions in the first place, put it that way.

So, the stipulation didn't really come into things.

Hart's win turned out to be a squash-style one. Renegade did get a few hits in here or there, but she was cannon fodder for the TBS Champ from the opening bell to the last. Here's hoping Julia's feud with Willow Nightingale does more to inspire.
