2 Ups & 6 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Apr 3)

1. Sonya's Deceit

Forget previous whines about unrealistic dialogue and the fact nobody in WWE seems to talk to one another between broadcasts, because this was the storyline development yours truly was waiting for. With one mighty bound, the writers successfully managed to create friction and motor things along.

Sonya Deville is a deceitful, nasty bitch who deliberately sabotaged her pal Mandy's date with Otis. The reasons will come out later (there's a decent chance this could be the lesbian angle Sonya has been talking to the press about in interviews for the past year or so), and there might be some Otis and Rose tenderness coming.

Bring it on.

Involving the 'glitch guy' was clever too. This hacker character, whomever it is, should be smarter than everyone else around him/her, and they should definitely be poking their nose into things that fans might not see on camera to reveal the truth.
