2 Ups & 6 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Nov 13)

5. Tucker?

WWE are pushing the reset button with Otis post-MITB experiment.

He squashed Dolph Ziggler, scared the abs off Robert Roode by staring him down and then appeared to kick something off with Chad Gable backstage. There was no mention of a revenge plot against old Heavy Machinery partner Tucker throughout any of this.

'Tucky' is far too busy hamming it up in the defunct 24/7 Title division over on Raw. In other words, his turn at Hell In A Cell achieved absolutely nothing. WWE aren't going to stretch their (very stretchy) "Brand-To-Brand" concept for this, apparently. They just don't see it as important enough.

That leaves both guys struggling for relevancy on their respective brands. Gee, it's almost like they booked the split without really thinking through where they wanted to go with it. It was a minor shock for the sake of it, and that sucks. Otis shouldn't be moving on already.
