14. Roman Reigns

Unquestionably on the run of his life at the moment, Roman Reigns has been the most compelling thing on WWE television since finally turning heel in summer 2020's dying days, with his presentation proving that Vince McMahon does still know how to push a wrestler.

He just chooses not to do it more often than not.

Obviously, heel Reigns has been fantastic. He feels big, important, and blockbuster, even when this doesn't translate into greater ticket sales and ratings boosts when his name is announced. This is down to more than just his presentation, though. Joe Anoa'i deserves as much credit, if not more, than Jimmy and Johnny in the writing room. Carrying himself like the most important guy in every room he steps into, he has poise, presence, and an aura.

It takes a special wrestler to transcend the mundane WWE weekly format to this extent. That his matches still break down to tiresome community theatre monologues (the Seth Rollins bout was excellent until Roman started cutting promos) means that Reigns still isn't as outstanding as he should be, but he is the outstanding wrestler in WWE.
