When Eddie Guerrero died unexpectedly in 2005, his good friend Rey Mysterio got a major push, all the way to the World Heavyweight Championship in 2006, while dedicating his Royal Rumble victory to Eddie. Chavo Guerrero, meanwhile, would not even appear at that years WrestleMania and would later turn heel against Mysterio. Although Chavo would have a reign as ECW Champion, he also would later be on the losing end of a feud with Hornswoggle. Despite the indignities and poor booking, Chavo would get a small moment in the sun at the 2011 Royal Rumble, when he attempted to pull off the Three Amigos as a tribute to his late uncle. He would get interrupted each time he went for the third vertical suplex, only to finally pull off three suplexes on Daniel Bryan to a huge ovation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Spvhuq2nItA Five months later, Guerrero was released from WWE. At least he got a nice moment rather than leaving right after being Jack Swaggers eagle mascot.
