The feud between Big Boss Man and Big Show should most likely be forgotten, as the line of distastefulness was well and truly destroyed. The story revolved around Show's recently deceased father, and Boss Man's seemingly insatiable desire to remind Show of this fact.

Boss Man was a great heel however, and would go to great lengths to rile up Show on the subject, not that it would take much work.

The pinnacle (or nadir, depending on how seriously you take professional wrestling) came when Boss Man displayed some sympathy for Show's father, reading a sympathy card on RAW;

'If I could have a son as stupid as you, I'd wish for cancer so I could die too'.

Yikes.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
