In what was probably the best promo of his WWF career, Tazz came out to confront Jim Ross and didn't hold back any punches. Well, he held his punches back, but he hit JR with all he had vocally.

This caused Ross to stand up, at which point Tazz tried to tempt JR into taking a swing at him. He ends up receiving the slap he so desired. The line that broke the camel's back?

'I'd love to slap you across your face, but it looks like God already beat me to it'.

As is well known, Ross has Bell's Palsy, a condition that sometimes temporarily paralyses his facial muscles. As far as personal insults go, Tazz destroyed that nail in one hammer blow.
