11. Kevin Owens (C) Vs Finn Balor - The Beast In The East
This was a really special match, featuring traditional Japanese flower presentations and streamers before the bell. That right away elevated it to feeling so much bigger than just your normal WWE match. Throw in Balor's demon entrance and Owens' heel antics (throwing the flowers away) and this match had you on the edge of your seat before a move had even been executed. When the action did get going, it was first rate. They mixed up technical wrestling with some hard hitting, then transitioned into big spots like Owens nailing a senton off the top rope. It was breath taking stuff and totally engrossing, topped off with a feel good ending in which Balor hit the Coup De Grace for the pin. Adding to the sense of occasion, Japanese legend and WCW star Tatsumi Fujinami came to the ring and celebrated with Balor. The match will be remembered for a long time, and Balor's reign is still ongoing.
