The 20 Best WWE Pro Wrestlers Of 2014

5. Bray Wyatt

New Entry Bray Wyatt emerged in 2014 as a very top wrestling talent. He started the year with a thrilling match against Daniel Bryan at Royal Rumble. Proving victorious, Wyatt delivered his moves with excellent timing and connection. There was a beautiful mixture of impact and storytelling, including one sick spot that saw Wyatt hit the Sister Abigail on Bryan's head into the ringside barrier. The 21 minute match can still be viewed as the match of the year, and it really opened up what Wyatt could be as a singles performer. A month later he stole the show again, starring in the thrilling Shield vs Wyatt Family match at Elimination Chamber. Then things wobbled. He started a feud with John Cena, which fell far short of what WWE fans had hoped for. Next up was a feud with Chris Jericho, which again lacked any real fire. WWE restored some of Bray's shine with a feud against Dean Ambrose later in the year, and he now looks to be headed for a match with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 31. The future is very bright, and Vince McMahon even singled Bray out as a big prospect during the interview with Steve Austin on WWE Network. In terms of ring work and promos, he does indeed look the all round package. Sometimes the promos are nonsensical and rambling, so there's still work to be done, but Bray really could be a WWE Champion in 2015. Highlight of the year: Match with Daniel Bryan at Royal Rumble.
