Last year placed: 2 Daniel Bryan placed number two on this list in both 2013 and 2014, but injury has robbed him of that status in 2015. Still, when he was around match quality was so high, so he still ranks way above some of his full-time, injury-free peers. His Fastlane match with Roman Reigns, for example, was a match of the year contender. A month later, at WrestleMania 31, Bryan won the Intercontinental title in a very good ladder match featuring six other superstars. Good television matches followed, but he was ruled out indefinitely with a concussion issue in April. He may have only had four active months, but he was usually sensational in everything he did.
