There were two eras of his DX group with Triple H. In 1997 and 1998 they worked along with Chyna to do whatever they could to upset people. In this memorable shot, they were shields that covered their faces as a joke because Sgt. Slaughter was known for spitting when he spoke. Nearly a decade later, DX was back again. Even though Shawn was in his 40s and he wasn't willing to do or say stuff that was raunchy like they did in the late 1990s, he still earned the support of the fans as a founding member of DX along with his best friend Triple H. There's a great shot of the two of them posing together in their DX gear.
