20 Late 90's WCW Stars You Totally Don't Remember

19. Crowbar

On the surface, Crowbar had a lot of tools which should have launched him higher in WCW. Possessing a good physique and quirky personality, the man was also no slouch between the ropes. Perhaps Crowbar's one big problem was that he was merely solid, but largely unremarkable. There was nothing which stood out especially, although he did deserve more than an odd couple tag-team with David Flair or an awkward association with Mike Awesome. Crashing onto the scene in 1999, Crowbar had also previously wrestled for the then-WWF and ECW as Devon Storm. Initially, he signed a deal to work at the WCW Power Plant, but he'd quickly outgrow the developmental surroundings and earn a spot on the main roster. It was there that he would capture titles, carving a mid-card niche for himself. Winning the WCW Tag-Team Titles with Flair, Crowbar also held the WCW Hardcore and Cruiserweight Championships. Nonetheless, he's not often a name that crops up in the modern era, even though he still wrestles on the independent scene. Several appearances with TNA over the years have also kept Crowbar going, but he's an often forgotten name in WCW history.
