After months of riveting build and anticipation, AEW Revolution 2021 well and truly went off last Sunday night...for the most part.
The Young Bucks were able to overcome Le Champion and his protégé, Stinger and his fellow face painted hoodlum battered Team Taz in an abandoned warehouse, and Scorpio Sky became the Face of the Revolution (and proud honour of a Sonic the Hedgehog ring). But, of course, this week's Dynamite had an awful lot explaining to do after that limp ending to what had, up to the point, been a gruesome and pulsating Exploding Barbed Wire AEW World Championship Deathmatch.
One rekindled bromance between Eddie Kingston and Jon Moxley, and the single greatest line delivered in professional wrestling curtesy of a 69'ed Kenny Omega, later we had our "answers". But those weren't the lasting memories coming out of a jaw-dropping Wednesday night.

Only, this wasn't MJF's endgame at all, a fact soon realised with the arrival of FTR and Shawn Spears as the new stable pounded the life out of an out-smarted Circle of chums.
With this much drama signing off a thrilling week or so in the land of All Elite Wrestling, just how have our favourite stars responded to the fallout on Instagram? Well, Matt Hardy drew a sad picture...
