11. Scott Steiner Vs. Goldberg – Fall Brawl 2000

When two bulls collide on PPV, the impact alone is going to be worth the price of admission and this bout was no different.

In the land of WCW in 2000, very few could pose a believable threat to the unstoppable force of Goldberg. Scott Steiner was the lone exception. A genetic freak, a loose cannon and as true a badass outside the ring as he was in it, Steiner gave Goldberg something he had been missing since arriving in WCW – a plausible rival.

With Goldberg running through competition left and right during his ascent to the top, “Da Man” proved himself to be unstoppable; at least, without the aid of a tazer, that is. But props aside, Goldberg had beaten everyone and, more often than not, in convincing fashion.

“Big Poppa Pump” was on a roll of his own in 2000 – en route to an eventual WCW Championship run later that year – and, not only credible competition for Goldberg, but a genuine threat to the once unbeatable franchise player.

When the two studs met stood across the ring from each other at Fall Brawl, one thing was for sure – s**t was going down.
