10. X-Pac

X-Pac returning to the Royal Rumble is something that probably should've already happened by now. There's been enough DX reunions and surprise Rumble appearances by Attitude Era stars that when considering the fact that Sean Waltman hasn't been one of them, it's a little surprising.

It's especially confusing when you consider his relationship with Triple H, his continued work on the indy scene, and his involvement with WWE in other projects over the years. An appearance in the 2016 Rumble seems only fitting, especially if the match will contain some of his other famous friends.
