19. Abdullah The Butcher
To this day, Larry Shreve has deep scars on his forehead from working as the wild man 'Abdullah The Butcher'. Taking part in some seriously violent and bloody matches, Abdullah was no stranger to the practice of blading during his bouts. By his own admission, the man didn't cut any corners - so to speak - when it came to doing so. Instead of risking a small blood flow, Abdullah genuinely carved his flesh. So wide were the cuts that he was even able to place gambling chips from casinos in between them. Obviously, this is a gruesome image, but it pales in comparison to some of the things Abdullah The Butcher practiced during his crazy brawls across the globe. For example, it wasn't uncommon for him to make use of forks to draw blood, legitimately sticking them into the foreheads of his opponents. Upon Abdullah's induction into the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2011, 'Superstar' Billy Graham asked to be removed from the hall. Graham explicitly stated that he didn't think a "bloodthirsty animal" like Shreve should have been inducted. This shows that even some of the man's peers were authentically grossed out by his antics, proving Abdullah belongs on this list.
