16. Buff Bagwell Growth Chart

There aren€™t many wrestlers that have become more a punchline over the past decade or so than Marcus €˜Buff€™ Bagwell. At one time a promising baby face who had the crowd inspired after returning to the ring following an incident where Rick Steiner accidentally broke his neck, Bagwell made a ludicrous heel turn and was never really popular again. Today he is allegedly a male escort, and while obviously there is nothing wrong with this, it isn€™t quite headlining Wrestlemania. Bagwell also has the distinction of being probably the only wrestler to have his mother call in sick for him to Jim Ross, and who also sabotaged his entire WWE career after one solitary disastrous match. In 1998 though, WCW were still trying to get €˜Buff the Stuff€™ over as a charismatic bad guy, and so he got his share of merch €“ including this tacky growth chart. The weirdest part is that it€™s assumedly for kids, yet Buff is giving his most powerful sexy €˜come hither€™ look from the poster as if he€™s trying to seduce you into the wall. But hey, at least if the children weren€™t left confused and a little scarred by their poster hitting on them, they could compare their arms to Bagwell€™s enormously steroid inflated biceps, which no doubt helped give them a positive self-image, and gave them realistic expectations about physical fitness.
