Perhaps were being a bit unfair with this one, since paper table cloths are probably actually a good idea for kids parties. So unlike some of the other items here, at least this particular product had a logical target audience. But what on earth is going on with this design? The nWo was all about being cool and minimalist. All their merchandise was based around black and white, or possibly black, white, and red. That colour theme went out the window entirely here though. For this design somebody in Turner headquarters apparently was gifted a copy of MS Publisher 97 and went to town in creating the most garish and colourful thing they could imagine. Its a genuine surprise there isnt a clip art of a birthday cake or party hats to go with the bright green and purple word art that approximately zero of us associate with the nWo. Its probably nit-picking but come on would something a little less Ultimate Warrior and a little more Hollywood Hogan have been too hard to come up with?
